This year’s conference is taking place online using digital platforms. This is a safe and friendly space to connect, create and watch work.

By participating in this event you agree not to bully, intimidate or harass any other participant.

We will not tolerate content that: is hate speech, threatening or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.

By working online, some things are beyond our control. While we are doing all that we can to ensure all events run smoothly and safely online, we recognise that there is the possibility of technical glitches, and an event being hacked.

In the event of any disruption to the event by hackers, we will do our best to close the event immediately in the moment. If there is a failure due to technology, we will endeavour to get the event back up and running as swiftly as possible. Please check our website and social media @cultureword for updates. If you experience anything unusual, that you deem not to be part of the conference experience, please contact us on admin@cultureword.org.uk

Events will be recorded and may be used by Commonword/Cultureword and the artists participating for documentation & promotional purposes.
